About This Experience
What to expect.
A chef from the region prepares a three-course dinner sourced from nearby farms, butchers, and bakeries. Menus rotate seasonally and are shaped around what's best at the market that week.
Your chef arrives, sets the table (at your dome or around a private fire ring), and walks you through each course. Wine pairings can be added on request. When dinner is done, they clean up and leave. You keep the fire going as long as you'd like.
