Everything you need to know before your stay. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Booking a Reservation

A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days to be released by your bank, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. A credit card is the only accepted form of payment.

Cancellations or changes made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $25 fee per room. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay.

All cancellation and change requests must be emailed to info@lintonhospitality.com. Because of our size, cancellations and changes affect us significantly. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring up to two dogs per tent for a $40 per night fee. Dog owners must follow our dog policy:

• Dogs are permitted in designated dog-friendly areas only • Dogs must not exceed 80 lbs • Please bring a dog mat, bed, or small crate for your dog’s comfort inside the accommodation • Owners must clean up after their dogs at all times • Dogs must be kept on a leash in community areas or around other guests • No aggressive dogs are allowed • Dogs that are anxious, uncomfortable with new environments, or bark excessively are not permitted • Dogs are not allowed inside the Camp Store, Game Room, or any other indoor public space • Dogs may not be left unattended at any time

Linens and towels are provided. We use Brooklinen’s bedding and think you’ll love it too.

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are all provided.

Here are our essentials:

• Bathing suit (for hot tub, if included with your dome) • Refillable water bottle • Flashlight • Cookware and cooking utensils • Hiking or walking shoes — a pair you’re okay with getting wet or muddy • Extra pair of shoes to change into • Clothing layers — it’s cooler in the mountains, especially at night

Ferncrest provides all linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are available in the showers. If you’d like to use a hairdryer, please bring one — we don’t have any on-site, but all bathrooms have outlets.

Please keep valuables at home.

Unfortunately, no campers, RVs, or personal tents are allowed on site.

Staying at Ferncrest

You’ll receive an email and text message with check-in and check-out instructions upon arrival and departure.

Yes, we do have Wi-Fi, though some spots have stronger signals than others. Our internet is strong enough for light browsing but not recommended for downloads or streaming.

There is no self-service laundry on site. Depending on the Ferncrest location, there may be laundromats in a nearby town.

Absolutely! Depending on the Ferncrest location you’re staying at, check out AllTrails for a full list of nearby hikes based on your preference for time and distance.

We do not offer daily housekeeping. Additional blankets, towels, or anything else you might need is available upon request. We operate as an invisible-service property, so any requests should be made in advance.

We ask that guests use the firewood available at the camp store while on site. This policy helps protect the property and surrounding area from invasive pests and tree diseases that can be transported in outside firewood.

All our domes come with a cooler, and ice can be purchased at our camp store or brought with you. Dome tents also include a mini refrigerator.
