The Director of Finance serves as a strategic partner to leadership, managing financial operations across multiple hospitality brands and subsidiaries. The role spans corporate finance, real estate analysis, franchisee evaluations, banking relationships, and financial product development to support our franchise and equipment divisions.

What you'll do.
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee all financial operations across company entities.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with multi-brand growth and franchise expansion.
- Lead capital structuring, forecasting, and budgeting across business units.
- Evaluate growth initiatives, acquisitions, and development projects.
Deal Analysis & Underwriting
- Analyze real estate and franchise opportunities with cash-flow modeling.
- Underwrite franchisees for financial readiness and scalability.
- Create financial models for site development and asset performance.
Banking, Financing & Fundraising
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
- Lead bank financing initiatives and refinancing opportunities.
- Support capital-raising efforts for real estate and franchise ventures.
Accounting Oversight & Tax Strategy
- Supervise bookkeeping and external accounting partners.
- Implement financial systems, policies, and reporting standards.
- Develop tax optimization strategies across multiple entities.
Franchise & Equipment Financing
- Develop financing products for franchisees and equipment customers.
- Partner with lenders to create scalable financing solutions.
- Monitor repayment programs and provide financial guidance.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide monthly performance reporting across all brands.
- Build dashboards tracking KPIs like ADR, occupancy, and NOI.
- Identify cost savings and capital efficiency opportunities.
You
Who we're looking for.
- 8+ years in finance, corporate development, or FP&A — hospitality, real estate, or franchising preferred.
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations and franchise economics.
- Experience raising debt and equity financing.
- Proficiency with financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch.
Work arrangement
We're prioritizing candidates based in Tampa, FL — or willing to relocate — but we'll consider hybrid-remote candidates who can travel to Tampa as needed.
