Ferncrest is seeking a high-energy Glamping Advisor to engage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities across our franchise platform and product ecosystem. You are the first voice prospects hear — and often the reason they move forward. Speed, warmth, and sharp qualification instincts are everything.

This is a phone-first, inbound-driven role. Leads come from a variety of marketing initiatives — most notably our weekly webinars, which generate a consistent flow of engaged registrants and attendees — but also from other campaigns, content, and outreach efforts. You will contact leads promptly upon inquiry, follow up with webinar attendees post-event based on engagement scoring, qualify prospects through structured discovery conversations, and route them toward the right next step — whether that's a franchise conversation, a product purchase, or a long-term nurture sequence.

  • Contact inbound leads within 15 minutes of inquiry during business hours.
  • Follow up with webinar attendees within 24 hours post-event, prioritized by engagement score.
  • Conduct live phone conversations to qualify interest, capital readiness, and fit.
  • Segment leads into the appropriate track: franchise pipeline, product buyer, or nurture.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development Manager.
  • Direct non-franchise leads toward digital products and equipment offerings.
  • Maintain complete, same-day CRM logging on every touchpoint.

  • A sharp listener who hears what people aren't saying.
  • Skilled at objection handling — you reframe and redirect, never pressure.
  • Naturally urgent — speed to lead is a mindset, not a rule you have to follow.
  • CRM-disciplined — you log everything, every time, without being asked.
  • 1–4 years experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales preferred; hospitality or real estate a plus.
