The Performance Marketing Specialist manages and optimizes paid media across the business, handling both B2C campaigns (property bookings) and B2B initiatives (franchise recruitment, equipment sales, digital products).
This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with daily campaign monitoring and optimization responsibilities.
The Role
What you'll do.
Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop creative testing strategies for copy, imagery, and video.
- Build and refine targeting using interests, lookalikes, custom audiences, and retargeting.
- Monitor performance daily and scale successful campaigns.
Growth & Funnel Alignment
- Align paid campaigns with business objectives for bookings and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams on ad consistency.
- Support product and event launches with amplification campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up tracking and manage attribution across channels.
- Build dashboards communicating CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Provide weekly reports with actionable insights on budget allocation.
You
Who we're looking for.
- 2–4 years in performance marketing, paid media, or digital growth.
- Proven experience with Meta, Google, and YouTube — plus one additional major platform (LinkedIn or TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills in attribution modeling and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on strategic execution capability.
- Agency partner and vendor management experience.
- Comfort in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Bonus, not required
- Both B2C and B2B campaign experience.
- Hospitality, franchising, or e-commerce familiarity.

Work arrangement
